Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of the restaurant, ensuring that all operations are carried out to our high standards. The Restaurant Manager will be able to confidently manage staff and oversee daily operations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have a passion for food and service and be willing to work long hours as required.

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will provide leadership and direction to staff in order to ensure excellent customer service, quality food presentation, and smooth running of restaurant operations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor restaurant operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, and other applicable regulations.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll information, and other administrative duties.
• Oversee hiring processes including interviewing potential candidates.
• Train and develop employees in line with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper stock management is maintained at all times by ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and financial information as required by the company’s accounting department.

Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position; previous experience as a restaurant manager is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and local health codes; ServSafe certification is an asset but not required. • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, staff and vendors in English language; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage but not required . • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed . • Must possess valid work authorization for Dubai .

Salary: 1500 AED/month
