Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, monitoring food quality, and compliance with health codes. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will be expected to create menu plans and coordinate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure a successful business environment.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management in a fast-paced environment. They must also possess excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of food safety requirements. Experience leading teams is preferred but not required.
