Restaurant Manager – Dubai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all aspects of the restaurant’s operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 per month. We are open to considering applicants from other countries.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing restaurant strategies to raise customer numbers and profitability
• Managing staff recruitment, training and development
• Establishing operational procedures for all restaurant activities
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Preparing reports at the end of each shift/week/month
• Analyzing customer feedback data and using it to improve customer experience
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary
• Handling customer complaints or inquiries efficiently and professionally
Qualifications & Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required • Previous experience in restaurant management preferred • Outstanding communication skills • Positive attitude • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills
