We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role offers a salary of 1000 and is open to immigrants. The ideal candidate for this role must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability and an eye for detail. They should be able to create and maintain positive working relationships with staff, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

The key duties of the Restaurant Manager include developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer experience, managing restaurant operations including ordering supplies, supervising staff, resolving customer complaints and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. Additionally, they must be able to lead by example to ensure high standards of customer service are provided at all times.

The successful candidate should have an understanding of financial management principles such as budgeting and cost control in order to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. They should also possess good organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and keep them engaged in their work.
