We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. You should be comfortable with using computers and office equipment while also being able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
The role of an Office Assistant includes many duties such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, sorting mail, performing data entry tasks, and helping to organize meetings. You will also be responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support to other departments within the company. Additionally, you will be required to provide customers with information about our products or services and respond promptly to their inquiries.
To be eligible for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position or other office-related roles. You must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is beneficial but not essential. The successful applicant must also be able to work flexible hours when needed and have a valid work permit or visa if applicable.
