Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Sommelier for our restaurant in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to join our team and take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the wine program in our restaurant. You will work with a wide variety of wines, from both domestic and international sources, and ensure that our customers have access to a great selection of quality wines.

Necessary Qualifications:
• Possession of an advanced degree or certification in wine studies or sommeliering is preferred but not required
• At least 3 years of experience working as a sommelier in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
• Strong knowledge and understanding of wines from around the world, including regional differences, labeling information, tasting techniques, food pairings, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate your recommendations to customers/guests in an engaging manner
• Outstanding customer service skills
