We are looking for an experienced and motivated Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for crafting the perfect cup of coffee.

The main responsibilities of this job include creating beverages according to company recipes, serving customers with the highest quality of service, ensuring accurate order taking, maintaining the cleanliness of the workstation and equipment, and providing recommendations on menu items. Additionally, it is important to be knowledgeable about coffee blends and variations in order to provide customers with the best experience possible.

We are looking for someone with at least two years of barista experience, or equivalent qualifications in a related field. A strong understanding of customer service principles is essential as well as an ability to work well independently or as part of a team. Furthermore, excellent English communication skills are required since this position involves interacting with customers directly on a daily basis.
