Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This role involves preparing coffee drinks, cashier duties, stocking supplies, cleaning work areas, answering customer questions, taking orders, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout shifts. The Barista will also be expected to keep up-to-date with menu changes and industry trends.
Requirements:
• Previous barista experience (desirable but not essential)
• Proven ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately while adhering to health & safety guidelines
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal English proficiency is preferred.
