Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced or no-experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The main responsibility of the Barista is to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as tea, coffee, espresso drinks, and other specialty drinks according to company recipes. The successful candidate will be customer-oriented, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a salary of 1100 per month with immigration consideration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks based on customers’ requests following company recipes and standards
• Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Ensure cleanliness of all work areas
• Maintain inventory of supplies such as coffee beans, teas, cups, etc.
• Operate cash register accurately
• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food items
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience working as a barista is an asset but not required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
