Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1700 KWD
Position: Full Time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for a full-time, permanent position located in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of land surveying principles and practices, including boundary determination, topography and construction layout. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be willing to work with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and planners.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys in order to obtain data for use in the design of various projects;
• Operate survey instruments such as total stations, electronic distance measurement devices, and GPS receivers;
• Use computer systems to process survey data;
• Prepare survey documents such as maps, plats, deeds, legal descriptions, and reports;
• Analyze data from aerial photographs or other sources in order to determine precise location of boundaries or other features;
• Establish control networks or prepare geodetic coordinates used for mapping purposes;
• Prepare sketches or diagrams to illustrate the results of surveys.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying/Geomatics/Land Surveying preferred;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying with a focus on boundary determination;
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues;
• Professional competence in the use of survey instruments such as total stations and GPS receivers;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software is desirable;
