Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining mechanical components and systems. You will collaborate with other engineers and design teams to develop cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs. You must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality control standards are met.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess an engineering degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a mechanical engineer is preferred. Proven experience in design development and production processes is essential. The candidate should have strong analytical skills with the ability to think logically and solve complex problems. Candidates must also have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and customers. Fluency in English is required for this role as well as knowledge of the local language desirable but not essential.

Duties
As a Mechanical Engineer your primary responsibilities include:
* Developing innovative solutions and designs for mechanical components or systems using CAD software
* Researching new technologies or materials to create cost-effective solutions
* Developing test plans to ensure products meet customer requirements
* Creating prototypes of components or systems for testing purposes
