Duties:
- Create new recipes for pastries and desserts

- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Train other kitchen staff members on pastry preparation techniques
- Prepare special orders for customers
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed in the kitchen area

Required Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, presentation methods, sanitation regulations, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Experience with budgeting and inventory control
