Job Duties:
• Developing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the UAE region.
• Establishing long-term relationships with clients and providing them with excellent customer service at all times.
• Planning promotional campaigns such as seminars, webinars, or tradeshows to maximize sales performance in the market.
• Analyzing data from CRM systems to identify trends in customer behavior and develop new ways of increasing sales effectiveness.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Sales Manager in the UAE region or similar markets required; experience working with foreigners preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of successful sales strategies that have resulted in increased revenue and market share growth; experience working with B2B customers preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build relationships quickly with new customers/clients through networking events or other activities/initiatives.
