Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Ajman, UAE
Compensation: 1600 AED monthly

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies which will ensure the efficient and profitable growth of our business. They must be able to effectively manage relationships with external customers and vendors, as well as internal staff.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels. They must possess a high degree of initiative and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to make decisions quickly. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but we are also willing to consider hiring someone with no experience in this field who has the right skillset and enthusiasm for learning.

The Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will be expected to develop sales objectives that align with company goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to conducting market research, creating customer profiles, preparing sales plans, managing customer relationships, generating leads through cold-calling or other methods, tracking orders from customers, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services. The successful candidate should also have a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets; they should also have experience developing budgets and tracking expenses against them.
