Supervisor – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in Al-Kuwait as a Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are willing to consider a foreigner, with minimal work experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all operations and staff in the assigned area, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, supervising, and coordinating all activities; monitoring staff performance; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; managing budgets; creating policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations; and overseeing customer service. Additionally, the Supervisor will develop team strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
