Salary: 1700 AED per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will have strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious dishes. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, ordering, ensuring food safety regulations are followed, and managing kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership qualities and have excellent communication skills. They should also possess an eye for detail and be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
-Developing and preparing high-quality recipes according to customer specifications
-Overseeing all kitchen operations including food preparation, menu planning, ordering of supplies & ingredients, ensuring food safety regulations are followed
-Managing kitchen staff including recruitment & training
-Ensuring high standards of hygiene & cleanliness in the kitchen area
-Maintaining efficient stock control & accurately monitoring inventory costs
-Monitoring portion sizes & presentation of dishes served in the restaurant
-Managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen in an organized manner to ensure smooth running services

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years experience as a chef in a hotel or restaurant setting
-Ability to follow instructions accurately & work with minimal supervision
-Excellent organizational & time management skills with attention to detail
-Knowledge of food safety regulations
