Job Description:
The Office Manager position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office in Abu Dhabi. The Office Manager will report directly to the Senior Management team and will be a critical member of the team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage daily administrative operations of the office including maintaining adequate supplies, managing office equipment, ordering repair services, etc.
β’ Oversee all staff activities and ensure that everyone is performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
β’ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
β’ Monitor all financial transactions and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
β’ Develop policies and procedures for office management activities such as filing systems, record keeping, archiving documents, etc.
β’ Maintain a safe workplace environment by ensuring that safety standards are met and adhered to at all times.
β’ Coordinate with other departments on various administrative tasks as needed.
Skills Required:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
β’ 5+ years of experience in a similar role including personnel management experience preferred but not required.
β’ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
β’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
β’ Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) as well as other related software applications for office management purposes.
