We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high quality eyecare services and advice to the public. The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a commitment to providing a superior level of service to all patients.

The Optometrist will be responsible for performing comprehensive eye exams, including refraction, visual acuity tests, contact lens fitting and ocular health assessments. They must also have the knowledge and ability to diagnose and treat minor eye disease, recommend treatment protocols or refer patients to other healthcare practitioners as necessary. Experience with the latest diagnostic technology such as OCT imaging is an advantage.

The Optometrist should also be knowledgeable about contact lenses and eyeglass frames, and be able to provide appropriate advice for selection based on the client’s needs. Other duties include maintaining patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant professional standards, providing patient education materials, contributing to clinical research initiatives and participating in professional development activities.

The successful candidate should possess a valid Optometry license from an accredited university or college in their home country. We are open to considering immigrants for this role who meet our qualifications and immigration requirements. This position offers a salary of 1000 AED per month plus benefits.
