HR Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties:
- Developing a comprehensive Human Resources strategy that aligns with the organization's goals
- Coordinating recruitment activities including job postings, interviewing and selection process
- Managing employee relations issues such as performance management, grievances, disciplinary action etc.
- Designing employee benefit packages such as health insurance, retirement plans etc.
- Administering payrolls ensuring accurate calculation of wages and overtime payments
- Developing performance management systems that ensure staff are meeting their targets
