We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate for this role should have a high level of initiative, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they should have experience in recruiting staff for various departments in the organization such as sales, marketing or IT; familiarity with HR procedures and practices; knowledge of labor laws; strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with staff at all levels; good organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail; computer literacy (MS Office); good time management skills; and the ability to work under pressure.

As the HR Manager your day-to-day responsibilities include: creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements in various channels; screening resumes and conducting interviews; providing on-boarding orientation to new hires; handling employee grievances and complaints within company policy guidelines; developing training plans for employees as well as managing their development plans throughout their career at the organization; counseling employees on career development options within the organization or outside it; administering payroll processes such as tracking attendance records etc.; conducting performance appraisals in line with company policy guidelines etc.; participating in disciplinary meetings if required etc. You will also need to stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws applicable to Abu Dhabi region and ensure compliance from the organization's side.
