The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be dealing with patients on a daily basis. They must also be able to follow specific instructions precisely and accurately. Some experience in a phlebotomy setting or in the medical field is desirable but not required. We are willing to consider an immigrant for the position as well.

The successful candidate must have a strong attention to detail and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. They must also possess a high level of patience and understanding when dealing with difficult patients. Additionally, they must possess the physical capability to stand on their feet for long periods of time during their shifts, depending on the workload.
