We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the recruitment field, with a strong focus on the development and maintenance of human capital in our organization. They should be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of recruitment techniques, processes and best practices.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is also self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The role requires the successful candidate to manage full cycle recruitment efforts, build effective relationships with hiring managers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and create a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Other duties will include: conducting interviews, writing job descriptions, evaluating job applications, organizing job fairs and other recruiting events.
