We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales and be able to effectively lead and motivate others.

The right person for this role should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong leadership skills. They should be a persuasive negotiator with the ability to think on their feet and understand their customers’ needs. They must also possess an in-depth understanding of the industry and be familiar with the latest trends and products.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing strategies and setting targets, building relationships with customers, creating promotional materials, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also monitor performance, analyze data to understand customer needs, manage budgets, and develop team members’ skills.
