Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel and hospitality industry. They must also be able to communicate effectively in English.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations and staff, including training, scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. They must have an excellent eye for detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are achieved. They will also need to develop strong working relationships with other departments such as Maintenance and Front Desk.

The Housekeeping Manager will need to remain up-to-date on industry trends, products, cleaning techniques, safety regulations and procedures. They must also develop budget plans for purchases of equipment/supplies, staff costs and other operational costs.
