CNC Operator Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced CNC operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with a CNC machine and be able to operate and maintain the equipment safely and effectively. The salary for this position is 1500 AED per month.

Job Description:
The CNC operator is responsible for operating the computer numerical control (CNC) machine used to shape metal, plastic or other materials into specified shapes or designs. The operator must ensure accuracy of each job while maintaining production output quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
• Set up, program and operate the CNC machine
• Read blueprints, drawings or work orders to determine product specifications or instructions
• Inspect parts for accuracy using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Enter commands into the CNC machine to produce parts according to specifications
• Monitor machine operations during the process and make adjustments as needed
• Load raw materials into machines, set tooling parameters, adjust speeds/feeds, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machines regularly

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience working with a CNC machine
• Working knowledge of metal fabrication methods including cutting, drilling, grinding and finishing processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
• Proven track record of meeting production targets consistently

Salary: 1500 AED per month
