We are looking for an experienced Librarian to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of professional experience in a library setting, including cataloging, catalog maintenance, and reader’s advisory.

The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, with excellent customer service skills. They should have a passion for books and knowledge of different types of literature and media.

Responsibilities include: creating library collections; organizing library materials; providing reader’s advisory services; managing the circulation desk; creating displays; facilitating workshops and events; developing programming initiatives; ensuring the safety of library users; maintaining the library’s physical space; and performing other duties as assigned.
