We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will play an important role in the efficient functioning of our office.
Requirements:
• A minimum of two years of experience working as a secretary
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience working with senior management is preferred
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support to senior management personnel
• Managing daily calendars and scheduling appointments and meetings
• Creating, editing, formatting, printing, and filing documents
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, responding to emails
• Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Salary Details:
The position offers a salary of 1600 AED per month. Benefits include health insurance coverage.
