Job Title: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1400 QAR/month

Job Description:
We are looking for an organized, motivated and reliable Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization’s staff and management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company that values its employees and offers competitive benefits.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills as well as be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. A minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment is required. We are willing to consider both local candidates and immigrants.

Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, take messages and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Draft letters, memos, reports and other documents as required
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
• Schedule appointments for management staff
• Collect data from various sources such as surveys or reports when required
• Handle travel arrangements for staff members when needed
• Assist with event planning tasks such as meetings or conferences
• Provide support with daily administrative tasks such as photocopying or scanning documents
• Liaise with external suppliers or partners on behalf of the organization
• Perform other general office duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar position
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
