Position: Painter
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1600 QAR/Month
Responsibilities:
• Prepare the surfaces for painting by washing, grinding, sanding, or smoothing them
• Mix colors and prepare paint and other materials according to written instructions or color charts
• Cover areas with drop cloths and apply primers or sealers to prepare the surface for painting
• Measure and mark surfaces to be painted and estimate the amount of paint needed
• Calculate costs of materials and labor for pricing jobs
• Follow safety procedures when using ladders, scaffolding, brushes, rollers, spray guns, etc.
Requirements:
• Good physical condition with no limitations in reaching high places using ladders or scaffolding
• Ability to work independently without close supervision while following instructions accurately
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to read detailed plans and follow instructions carefully
• Knowledge of painting techniques such as faux finishes or colorwashing
• Must possess a valid driving license (preferred)
