Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish; including budgeting, scheduling tasks, and leading a team of professionals.

Needs for the Candidate:
The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience as a project manager and demonstrate strong leadership skills. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, an understanding of current project management methodologies, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Furthermore, we expect the candidate to be highly organized and possess strong analytical skills. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects from start to finish while ensuring all deadlines are met
• Develop project plans that include timelines, deliverables, budget requirements and resources
• Track progress against project plans while providing timely updates
• Ensure proper resource allocation across projects
• Identify potential risks associated with the project and develop action plans to address these risks
• Provide guidance to ensure that all tasks are completed according to established standards
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance and operations to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Establish relationships with external vendors when necessary to complete projects
• Develop metrics reports measuring performance against goals on a regular basis

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field
• At least two years of experience as a Project Manager or related field
• Knowledge of industry standards associated with project management best practices
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
