Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities:
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the business including staff management, budgeting and financial planning, customer relations, marketing efforts, etc.
• Monitor market trends and make recommendations for strategies and tactics that will help increase sales and profits
• Prepare reports on performance metrics such as sales forecasts, customer feedback, operational costs, etc.
• Establish relationships with vendors or suppliers to ensure that all materials needed are available in a timely manner
• Manage projects from conception through completion while staying within budget and timeline parameters

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
• At least three years of experience in business management/operations/administration roles
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
