Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Business Manager to join our team in the Doha area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and profits.
• Monitor company performance against objectives and develop action plans accordingly.
• Analyze financial data to inform decision-making processes.
• Supervise staff members in order to ensure that they meet their deadlines.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement for services offered by the organization.
• Prepare monthly reports outlining progress made towards business objectives and goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking skills; must be able to think outside of the box to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners & vendors in both written & verbal form.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; must be able to prioritize tasks on their own without supervision or guidance from others.
