Salary: 1400 QAR/month

Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to success by developing strategies that represent the company’s goals and objectives. The Sales Manager will plan, manage, and oversee all sales activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently as well as part of a team, as well as knowledge of the local market and competition. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing sales plans and setting targets for the sales team;
• Analyzing current market trends to identify potential new customers;
• Managing customer relationships including addressing customer feedback/concerns;
• Training staff on product knowledge, presentation techniques, customer service skills, etc.;
• Monitoring performance of staff members to ensure targets are met on a consistent basis.

Salary Information: The position is based in Doha with a salary package of 1400 QAR/month. We are ready to consider immigrant candidates with no experience in this role.
