We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. As an integral part of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the department. This includes, but is not limited to: enforcing company policies and procedures; monitoring employee productivity; managing customer inquiries; resolving conflicts between staff; and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

We seek a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the same industry. The successful applicant should possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as strong problem-solving capabilities. A professional attitude towards customers is also essential. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in order to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers alike. A good working knowledge of computer applications is also desired.
