Psychiatrist - Doha, Qatar (Salary 900)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Psychiatrist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be able to provide comprehensive care for patients with mental health disorders. We are ready to consider foreign applicants with minimal work experience.

Requirements:
• Degree in Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university
• At least 3 years of experience in treating mental health disorders
• Valid certification from a medical board or similar organization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
• Fluent in English (Arabic preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and diagnose patient’s mental health condition using various tools such as psychological tests, interviews, physical examinations and other assessment methods.
• Develop individualized treatment plans according to the patient’s needs by providing therapeutic treatments such as psychotherapy, counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy etc.
• Regularly monitor the progress of the patient’s condition through follow up visits or telephone calls.
• Provide support for family members and caregivers of the patient to better manage his/her medical condition.
• Prescribe medication when necessary and ensure that it is administered correctly.
