Land surveyor job vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of land surveying principles, methods, and techniques. The position requires the ability to plan and execute a variety of surveys including boundary determination, topography and construction layout.

The successful candidate should have a strong technical background with the ability to interpret and understand survey data. They must also have a solid understanding of land law and the capability to apply it while conducting surveys. High attention to detail, excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills are essential.

The main responsibility of the Land Surveyor will be to accurately measure, calculate and document property boundaries in order to establish legal boundaries for residential or commercial properties. Additionally, they will utilize appropriate survey equipment (GPS, Total Station etc.) as well as other relevant software (AutoCAD) to produce plans, maps, reports etc.
