Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have the ability to manage and supervise the daily operations of our restaurant, as well as lead a team of staff members. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1300 AED per month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities of the restaurant. This includes ensuring that all staff members are properly trained in their roles and duties, ensuring customer satisfaction is met, controlling stock levels, monitoring food standards and hygiene, implementing health and safety regulations, developing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant, and maintaining budgets and financial records.

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience working in a restaurant management capacity with knowledge of food safety regulations. They must have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with customers as well as staff members. The successful candidate should also possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order to ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly. An understanding of basic accounting principles is also necessary for this role.
