Restaurant Manager Vacancy in Dubai
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position requires a high level of skill, knowledge and dedication to maintain our restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including staff, financials, customer service and the overall experience of our guests.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to manage staff in a professional manner
• Experience with financial management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food quality standards and food safety regulations
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (other languages an advantage)
• Flexibility to work shifts as required.

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff recruitment and training, menu planning, financial management, customer service, food quality control and stock control. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of hospitality are maintained at all times. They must be able to motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer service levels, manage budgets effectively and ensure that all regulations are adhered to at all times.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or related field preferred
• Relevant certification/qualification from local authorities (an advantage)

Salary: 1300 AED/Month
