Responsibilities:
Creating innovative dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and authenticity; developing menus that showcase international cuisine; overseeing food preparation and presentation; monitoring food safety standards; recruiting new chefs and managing kitchen staff; working closely with other departments such as purchasing to ensure ingredients are sourced sustainably.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment. They must have excellent knowledge of international cuisine, be passionate about creating unique dishes, possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, be organized and have great attention to detail. A degree in culinary arts is preferred but not essential.
