Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen setting and be comfortable leading a team of cooks in the preparation and execution of high-quality meals.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in creating menus, ordering ingredients, and overseeing food preparation
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards
• Oversee kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on proper food safety practices
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of products
• Assist with scheduling of kitchen staff and maintaining labor costs within budget
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is well-maintained
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
• Must have 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen setting
• Must have a strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Must be able to lead a team effectively while providing guidance and support to staff members
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Salary: 1600 per month
