Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• 3+ years of experience in truck driving
• Good knowledge of the local road networks and regulations
• Ability to lift heavy items when needed
• Able to work long hours including weekends and holidays when needed
• Ability to read maps and plan routes accordingly
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening test

Job Responsibilities:
• Transport materials safely from one destination to another using a truck or other heavy vehicle
• Ensure all laws governing transportation are followed at all times
• Maintain the truck in good condition by performing regular checks on vehicles parts such as tires, brakes, lights etc.
• Plan routes ahead of time in order to maximize efficiency during delivery
• Load and unload cargo as required by customer orders
• Keep records of daily delivery logs for future reference
