Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including development of sales strategies, setting goals, managing relationships with clients, tracking performance metrics, and providing guidance and training to the sales team. The manager should also be able to identify opportunities for process improvements to maximize efficiency. Additionally, they should have expertise in customer service practices as well as good problem-solving skills.

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven track record in sales management
• Experience in developing effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions from it
• Aptitude for problem solving
