Job Description:
Tutor (Al-Kuwait)

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Tutor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing students of all ages with individualized instruction tailored to their needs. The position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized lesson plans and materials that meet the student's needs
• Monitor students' progress and keep accurate records
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, hands-on activities, and online resources to engage students in the learning process
• Provide feedback to parents on student progress
• Assist with test preparation by providing practice tests and guidance
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
• Develop positive relationships with students to increase their engagement in learning
• Maintain a safe learning environment

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education or related field preferred
• Experience tutoring students of all ages required
• Proven ability to utilize different teaching strategies effectively for different age groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with parents and students

Salary: 1700/Month (negotiable). We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
