Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate must be creative and passionate about cooking and have an excellent knowledge of international cuisine. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing and preparation, food presentation, health & safety standards, and staff management. You will also work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure a smooth operation.

Job Requirements:
• 5+ years experience as a Chef in an upscale restaurant or hotel setting
• Proven culinary knowledge with experience in both classic and modern cooking techniques
• Able to plan menus, manage inventories, order supplies, and oversee kitchen staff
• A good understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP regulations
• Ability to work long hours including weekends & holidays when necessary
