We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400 AED per month, and we are open to considering applications from immigrants.

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This includes tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing paperwork, preparing documents, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. The ability to multitask and work under pressure is also a must.

The candidate should possess basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Previous experience in an administrative role would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite as we are willing to consider applicants with no experience.
