Executive Chef – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation and service in the restaurant. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month and are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working as an Executive Chef, or similar position. Responsibilities include: planning and developing menus; leading the kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food; ensuring health and safety regulations are followed; monitoring portion control; managing staff; implementing cost control systems; and maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.

To qualify for this role you must have excellent knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, menu planning procedures and nutrition principles; strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members; excellent communication skills; and a passion for creating delicious dishes with a keen eye for detail. Candidates must also be able to work flexible hours when needed.
