We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of wines and spirits, as well as an understanding of international cuisine. The successful applicant should have experience with wine tastings, pairing food with different types of drinks and be able to provide suggestions to customers based on their preferences.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1200, as well as other benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation time. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role, so long as they meet the requirements listed below.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Ability to speak English fluently
• Knowledge of international cuisine
• Ability to recommend wines and spirits based on customer preferences
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• A valid passport if applying from overseas

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise customers on the best wine or spirit pairings for their meals
• Lead customers through tasting experiences
• Create wine lists for the restaurant
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels
• Train staff in wine knowledge and techniques
