Job Title: Barista
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1200

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are ready to consider a foreigner and someone with no experience.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee drinks according to customers' orders and company specifications
• Greet customers in a friendly manner
• Take customer orders accurately and quickly
• Maintain the cleanliness of the cafe, including countertops, tables, chairs, floors, etc.
• Assist with stocking supplies and restocking items as necessary
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of transactions during shift

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Previous experience as a barista is an advantage but not necessary
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
