We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have prior experience in sales, preferably within the retail industry.

The Salesman will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services to customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Identify new potential customers, generate leads, and close sales
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, trends, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and orders
• Participate in promotional activities such as trade shows, promotional events, etc.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in sales/retail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organized with an ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Salary: 1000 KD per month (we are ready to consider an immigrant)
