Job Description:
The Welder will work with the team to ensure tight tolerances on all welding jobs. Responsibilities include preparing materials for welding by grinding down edges or seams; reading blueprints or technical drawings; measuring accurately; using appropriate welding techniques such as MIG or TIG; conducting inspections; completing paperwork as required; adhering to all safety protocols; and following directions from supervisors. In addition, the Welder will need to maintain cleanliness in their work area while ensuring quality control standards are met at all times.
